Late Haji Ghulam Rasool Mughal believed in hard work, innovation and unique customer experience. He handed-over the baton to Mr. Abdul Rauf Mughal (Chief Executive), who carried the company with his exceptional skills while keeping the founder’s goals and beliefs in sight at all times and placed the company at the top among the locals in Pakistan.
In 2018, the company changed its name from Golden Pumps to GOLDEN DYNAMICS (PVT) LTD. GOLDEN DYNAMICS continues to offer the unbeatable quality products and great service that customers have cherished over the past 68 years. Abdul Rauf Mughal has a rich professional experience of over 50 years in this industry. He possesses multi-faceted talents and has attained exemplary accomplishments. He served in Pakistan Ordinance Factory (POF) for several years. He is actively involved in the strategic decision makings in the company while performing other social and political responsibilities. He deeply cares and is engaged with educational and health institutions. He is member of board of directors of several NGO’s, Semi-Government and Government departments / institutions.
Ahmed Khaliq Mirza holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is focused on mechanisms for bringing in wider managerial perspectives and leadership experiences to enhance the development, growth and operations of the company businesses. He is responsible for efficient and effective production plans and supply chain strategy.
Farooq E Azam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has in-depth knowledge about foundry for Grey Iron and Aluminum Die Casting. He has been working with pattern drawings and their simulation with molten metals for more than 5 years. His responsibilities in foundry is supply chain, planning, operation and general management. He is actively involved in different earnestly of Pakistan Foundry Association.
Basit Rauf holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences and Master’s Degree in Project Management from USA. He is responsible for IT infrastructure solutions of the company in accounts, production, marketing & sales fields.
Khurram Rauf holds bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from USA. He has been serving on the Board of Directors of GPL for more than 15 years. He has a thorough understanding of a verity of disciplines and has an extensively diversified experience and exposure in senior positions. His key responsibilities include product research, development, and innovation.
Moazzam Rauf Mughal holds a bachelor’s degree in Law. He has been serving on the Board of Directors of GPL for more than 15 years. He is member of Bar Council of Lahore High-Court. He looks into all the company legal matters and is responsible for equipment procurements and efficient non-stop production operations.
Najam Rauf Mughal holds master’s degree in Business Administration. He has been serving on the Board of Directors of GPL for more than 15 years. He has 23 years of experience in business development and business & corporate management. His key responsibilities include financial matters, foreign trade, brand development, and marketing & advertisement.
